Wedding Day! Micah our lovely bride posted a sunrise photo at around 6 AM in the morning with a caption, “This is it!” which indicated how excited and euphoric she was for her special day. As we arrived at their residence around 8 AM, everyone was still calm and preparing themselves for the Wedding. Breakfast was even served for the team, and no one should decline sumptuous food because in Micah’s abode, food is always delectable. Micah is a professional make-up artist and for the first time in the history of our career, the Bride did her own make-up. We were so amazed with the process and also by the outcome. As Micah finishes her own make-up, she then put her Vera Wang Wedding Gown, as she went out the door and walked down the stairs, everyone was in awe. Micah really looked impeccably beautiful on her Wedding Day.

On the other side of Davao City, Mark, the groom, stayed in the Marco Polo Hotel. The groom also woke up early and had his early rituals. It is clear that Mark is so anxious to see his Bride for the Wedding Ceremony. Mark looked so dapper in his traditional Filipino Barong, even his entourage can compete with his level of charm.

At the Church, where friends and family from different parts of the globe gather to witness their marital union. After the long wait, the curtains opened slowly and Micah walked down the aisle while taking her time and looking at Mark at the Altar. Almost everyone got teary eyed during this time even Mark cannot even contain his tears and euphoria. It was the moment everyone was waiting for, the start of another beautiful chapter in the lives of Mark and Micah. After the Priest gave his blessing to the couple, a long and sweet kiss from the groom sealed the ceremony.

As a team who shoot weddings more often, it would be usually hard to please us in terms of our expectations in the decorations of the Wedding Reception but this wedding is entirely different from any other. As we enter the grand ballroom of Marco Polo hotel, we were certainly impressed and astounded by the decorations and the effort made by the Floral Pink Design (FPD). The Wedding Reception started with astonishment as a wedding host Rommel Pareja (from Cebu) greeted everyone with glee and a flamboyant attire. The famous host certainly gave everyone a great time and the loudest laughs. Mark had a surprise to his beautiful bride, he serenaded her with love songs with the help of Micah’s loved ones. It was very sweet and pleasant, and even the guests had their own share of “Kilig Moments”. Micah’s family also welcomed Mark with a song that is a family tradition for them. The night romantically ended as everyone danced away to the beats of the DJ.

“We did not have any second thoughts in getting Eight Productions”. These are Micah’s heart warming words on her speech. Each and one of us from Eight Productions would like to thank Mark and Micah for including us in their most memorable and beautiful day so far.

Cheers!
